Shipping Countries This shipping policy applies to all countries in Europe.
Payment Method We only offer Cash on Delivery (COD). When the courier delivers your order, you can pay by: • Cash • Credit Card • Debit Card / Bank Card
Important Notice Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel and make payment. If no one is home, the courier will leave the package at your local post office for self-collection. The post office will hold the package for a maximum of 5 days. After this period, uncollected parcels will be automatically returned to us. Please pay attention to any collection notifications and pick up your package in time to avoid any inconvenience.
Processing & Shipping Time Orders are usually shipped within 1–2 business days. (In case of low stock or backordered items, processing may take an additional 7–14 business days. We will keep you informed and ship as quickly as possible.)
Delivery Time Delivery to all European countries typically takes 7–10 business days (depending on the carrier and customs procedures). Please note: During peak seasons, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances, slight delays may occur. We always do our best to minimize waiting time.
Tracking Your Order Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. If you haven’t received the tracking information or if the link doesn’t work, don’t worry — just contact us at support@clararosan.com and we’ll check it for you right away.
Unexpected Delays If your package takes significantly longer than expected, please reach out to us. We’ll be happy to track it down and assist with any situation within our control.
